Terms and conditions for Allotment of space.
1. Space shall be provided on automatic allotment basis unless the costumer agrees to pay the preferential location charges mentioned above.
2. Costumer has agreed to purchase Virtual space. In case of lockable space additional 250 Rs. PSFT is payable.
3. PARKING, EDC, IDC, IFMS, EEC, SERVICE TAX etc. are payable in addition to the basic sale price.
4. Currently plans are in process of being sanctioned and offer of possession shall be two years from the date of sanction of plans.
5. First transfer is free but in an event of transfer, minimum two installments are payable to developer which may be paid by applicant or transferee.
6. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the standard format of application and builder buyer agreement shall be acceptable to the applicant.
7. In case due to any reason builder is not in a position to allot the unit. Liability of the builder in any circumstance is limited to refund the amount invested by applicant |
